The Long Island Ducks bested the Redwood Rhinos, 5-4, at Ducks Park. Elwood Lee was one of the standouts. He was 2 for 4 with a home run. He drove in 3 runs and scored once. Long Island pitcher Miguel Hernández got the win, upping his record to 3-1. Wilson Silva got the loss. Long Island, at 13-14, sits in 7th place in the Silver R.

Lee contributed in the bottom of the third. With runners on 1st and 2nd, he hit a 3-run home run. It was one at-bat among others that helped Long Island get the win.

"It was a solid team effort," said Lee after the game.
