Ducks Come Up Short at Plattsburgh, 10-9
The Long Island Ducks got a sterling performance from third baseman Kenneth Spivey, but the Plattsburgh Puffer Fish still prevailed, 10-9. Spivey went 3 for 4 with a home run and a double. He scored 3 times. Long Island falls to 8-8.

Luis Enríquez dealt the Ducks a blow in the bottom of the third. Batting with the bases loaded and Plattsburgh trailing 3-2, Enríquez, who is tied for 8th in the SR in triples with 1, hit a 1-2 forkball for a 2-run single.

"It feels good to get this one," Enríquez told the Plattsburgh Daily.
