Rhinos Topple Octopi, 6-5, as Christensen Shines
The Redwood Rhinos downed the Ogallala Octopi, 6-5, at The Zoo. The Rhinos were led by Fred Christensen. He was 3-4 with a home run and 2 singles. He scored 2 times and drove in 3. Kyle Chambers locked down his 1st save. The win takes Redwood to 2-1.

Christensen came through with some timely hitting for Redwood. With Ogallala trailing 4-3 in the bottom of the seventh, Christensen hit a first pitch fastball for a 3-run home run. His 1st home run of the season made it 6-4, Redwood.

"If we keep winning the close games," Christensen said, "we'll be in good shape at the end."
