The home crowd had a good time watching the Washington Generals and Walla Walla Walleye get after it.
Walla Walla beat Washington on the strength of starter Gabriel Nash's fine effort. The right-hander led his team to a win, 8-2. Nash picked up the win for Walla Walla, going 6.1 innings. He gave up 2 runs on 4 hits. He now sports a record of 11-3.
Carlton Martin had a key at-bat with two out in the bottom of the sixth for Walla Walla. With the bases loaded and the Walleye leading 3-2, he drew a walk, driving in 1 run.
