The Delmarva Gallos topped the Washington Generals, 5-3, in USSL Single A action at The Cage. The standout performance belonged to Delmarva pitcher and York, Maine, native Stephen Black. The win has Delmarva at 15-27.

Keith Atkins was the walk-off hero for Delmarva. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Gallos left fielder hit a dramatic 2-run home run to send the teams home.

Atkins said his team "played with determination."
