The Mancelona Torch picked up a win at Fuller Park, courtesy of Uhi Ahipene. The left-hander helped his team stop the Kent Comets, 3-1. Mancelona currently is in 5th place in the Menard's A at 50-44.

Ieremia Mohala, the 21-year old first baseman , had a direct impact on the outcome. Mohala contributed a run-scoring sacrifice fly in the top of the first inning to put Mancelona up, 2-0.

"Getting the win feels nice," said Mohala. "More importantly, I had a good game."
