Mancelona right-hander Alonso Álvarez pitched his team to victory over the Belleville Bulls at Torch Field. The final score was 7-6. Álvarez got the win, improving to 7-8. He allowed 5 hits and walked 4 over 7.2 innings. Álvarez allowed 5 runs. Dennis Heath notched his 17th save in 21 chances.
