Storm Reel Off Another Win
With left fielder Hsiao-lou Rui leading the charge, the Syracuse Storm defeated the Kingston Mangos, 6-3, at Mango Yard. Rui, who is tied for 4th in the 3A in total bases with 114, went 1 for 2 with a home run and 3 walks, while scoring 2 and driving in 3. Syracuse is now 42-21, 3½ games up in the Menard's A.

Rui contributed a big hit, a 3-run home run, for Syracuse in the top of the fourth. With his team trailing 3-2, Rui took a fastball from Bennett Whitley and stroked the home run to right. His 13th home run of the season allowed the Storm to leap in front, 5-3.

"Every win gets us closer to our ultimate goal," said Rui.
