Salazar Shines in 8-4 Syracuse Win
The timely hitting of Víctor Salazar helped the Syracuse Storm down the Cut Off Crawdads, 8-4. Salazar went 2 for 2 with a home run and 2 walks, while scoring 2 times and driving in 4 for the Storm. At 36-21, the Storm have a slim two-game lead in the Menard's A.

With Syracuse leading 2-1 in the bottom of the second, Salazar hit a sinker from Steve Roberts for a grand slam home run. It was his 4th home run of the season and put the Storm ahead, 6-1.

"Being able to contribute to a win is always a great feeling," Salazar told the Syracuse Today.
