Good production from right fielder Taroemon Nishii helped the Richland Rails topple the Northville Eclipse, 5-3. Nishii was 3 for 4 with a home run and a triple. He scored 2 times for the Rails. The save was credited to Andreas Lindemans, his 2nd. Richland is now riding a 3-game win streak.

Vicente Mendoza, the 22-year old catcher , had a direct impact on the outcome. Mendoza contributed a 2-run home run in the top of the fourth inning to put Richland up, 4-2.
