It was pandemonium at The Cocoon after an exciting walk-off win.

The Grand Forks Caterpillars took Kent pitcher Salvador Sosa's best shot and still were able to claim a win at The Cocoon. The final score had Grand Forks getting past the Comets, 3-2. Sosa went 8 innings and allowed 2 runs, striking out 3. Grand Forks is 6th in the Menard's A with a record of 13-14.

Francisco Gallardo, who was drafted in the 3rd round of the 2042 draft, won the game with a run-scoring sacrifice fly in the bottom of the ninth. In the contest, the Grand Forks pinch hitter drove in one run.

"We put it together today and came out with the win," Gallardo said in postgame remarks. "That's the main thing."
