Fajardo Helps Thunder Hawks Beat Eclipse, 11-7
The performance of Vonne Fajardo proved critical in helping Ft. Polk South beat Northville, 11-7. The Thunder Hawks shortstop was 3 for 4 with a double, 2 singles, and a walk. He scored 2 runs and drove in 3. Bartolo Márquez notched the win in relief. The left-hander allowed 3 runs on 2 hits in 2.1 innings. His record now sits at 1-1. The 6th-place Thunder Hawks go to 16-17.

Fajardo had no bigger at-bat than in the top of the fourth when the 24-year old shortstop hit a 2-run double. The double gave Ft. Polk South the lead, 4-2. It was his 5th double of the season.
