Guinea Pigs Reel Off Another Win
The Gwinnett Guinea Pigs got a good effort from starter Ronald Love in defeating the Olympia Ogres at Experimental Stadium. The final score was 3-2. Earning his 7th save of the year was Virgil Gilbert. Gwinnett has an impressive 39-16 record.

Gwinnett took a 3-2 lead on Ryan Dodson's 4th home run of the season. The 3-run home run came off Olympia pitcher José Cruz in the bottom of the seventh.

"I like our mindset right now," said Gwinnett manager Tabor de Maria.
