Ghosts Win at Akron, 5-2

Goodyear Hanger Dome was the site for M3L Double A action featuring the Akron Blimps and Casper Ghosts.
The Casper Ghosts faced a tough opponent in Akron pitcher Chor-min Kim, but did just enough to pull out the victory at Goodyear Hanger Dome by a final score of 5-2. Kim went 6 innings and allowed 3 runs. The winning pitcher was Daisuke Maeda. His record is now 1-0. The right-hander went 6 innings, allowing 1 run on 5 hits for the Ghosts.
Marc Chagall, the 27-year old catcher , had a direct impact on the outcome. Chagall contributed a run-scoring sacrifice fly in the top of the fifth inning to put Casper up, 2-1.
"It was a good effort all around," said Chagall.
