Love Boats Lose By a Run at Billings, 4-3
The Billings Polar Bears and Lake Minnetonka Love Boats played an exciting game.

The Billings Polar Bears took Lake Minnetonka pitcher Larry Larsen's best shot and still were able to claim a win at The Igloo. The final score had Billings getting past the Love Boats, 4-3. Larsen went 6.1 innings and allowed 3 runs, striking out 2. Stu Sutherland, credited with the win, is now 4-0. He allowed 1 run on 1 hit.

Doug Bishop put Billings in front, 3-1, when he hit a 3-run home run off Larry Larsen in the bottom of the fifth. It was his 3rd home run of the season.

"I'll probably toss and turn tonight," Lake Minnetonka manager Javier Martínez said following the tough loss.

Billings is 11th in the Menard's AA with a record of 37-52.
