The Ottawa Nationals bested the Billings Polar Bears, 8-2, at The Igloo. Tom Rollins was one of the standouts. He was 2-3 with a home run, a double, and a walk, while scoring 2 times and driving in 6. Ottawa pitcher Yang-cheng Sang got the win, upping his record to 6-5. Ramelan Mollema got the loss. The win gives the Nationals a record of 27-54.

Rollins had a key at-bat for Ottawa early in the game. With the bases loaded, he hit a bases-clearing double. It was his 17th double of the season and gave Ottawa an early 3-0 lead.

"It's good to win," Rollins told the Ottawa Times. "I like to have fun doing it."
