Farmers Squelch Polar Bears Offense in Shutout Win

Lancaster Farmers starter John Deemer was dealing. He helped his team knock off the Billings Polar Bears, 4-0. Deemer, the winner, moves to 3-2. He threw 5.2 innings of 2-hit ball, while fanning 4 and giving up 3 walks. The win has Lancaster at 14-22.
The Farmers got a lift from designated hitter Amaru Kishore, who in the bottom of the fourth hit a solo home run. His 2nd home run of the season put the Farmers on top, 1-0.
"I'm just looking for a good pitch that I can hit well," said Kishore. "And not try to do too much."
