The Lake Minnetonka Love Boats did just enough to secure a victory over the Lancaster Farmers, 4-3, at Heron Field. Nobody did more than pitcher Tim Waters. Lake Minnetonka reliever Jayson McMasters picked up the win, upping his record to 2-2. Jim Steel was saddled with the loss. Lancaster has now lost 6 straight.

The clutch at-bat came in the bottom of the ninth inning, when Lake Minnetonka second baseman Heng-zong Fen, facing Jim Steel, had a run-scoring sacrifice fly. It gave the Love Boats the 4-3 win.

"We squandered some opportunities," said Lancaster manager Dylan Smith.
