The Billings Polar Bears got a stellar effort from pitcher Ramelan Mollema, helping Billings score a win over the visiting Casper Ghosts, 4-1. Gerald Currer earned the save, his 2nd. Billings is now 8-11.
Júlio Rivera tagged a home run off Luis Ornelas in the bottom of the first. His 2-run blast put the Polar Bears on top, 3-1. In all, Rivera had 2 singles in addition to the home run, while going 3 for 4.
"We put a lot of pressure on ourselves," Mollema told a Billings Herald reporter. "Sometimes we just need to relax."
