Piranhas Win Thriller, 7-6
|
The fans at The Tank witnessed quite a game.
The Panama City Piranhas beat the Cleveland Browns, 7-6, at The Tank. Anthony Hollis, in particular, was impressive. He went 2 for 3 with a double and 2 walks. The Piranhas now own a record of 50-45.
A defensive lapse proved costly in the contest. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth, an error by the Browns allowed the Piranhas to score the winning run.
"My job is to go out and play as hard as I can for the Piranhas," said Sato.
