Panama City turned a good effort from starter Dylan Grandjean into a win over the Montana Pandas at The Tank. The final score was 4-2. Grandjean went 7 innings to notch the win. He scattered 3 hits, walked 3, and struck out 6. His record improves to 6-6. With the win, Panama City goes to 46-33, while the Pandas fall to 43-36.

In the bottom of the second, Yoritomo Sato hit a 2-run double. The 7th double of the season for the Panama City third baseman put the Piranhas on top, 2-0.
