van Barneveld Delivers Walk-Off Win for Voodoo
The New Orleans Voodoo took Buffalo pitcher Dave McAlear's best shot and still were able to claim a win at The Voodoo Lounge. The final score had New Orleans getting past the White Walkers, 6-5. McAlear went 7.2 innings and allowed 4 runs, striking out 3. With the win, New Orleans upped its record to 36-22.

The game came to a dramatic end. In the bottom of the ninth, with New Orleans trailing 5-4, Eisse van Barneveld hit a cutter from Kyle Collins for a 2-run home run, giving the Voodoo the walk-off win.

"It's great to see the crowd jacked up," van Barneveld said.
