The Syracuse Squirrel Monkeys beat the Port Royal Disaster, 5-3, at The Zoo in Syracuse. Martín Talia, in particular, was impressive. He was 3 for 4 with a home run and 2 singles, while scoring 2 times and driving in 2. The win puts Syracuse at 43-31 this season.

Talia contributed in the bottom of the fourth. With a runner on 1st, he hit a 2-run home run. It was one at-bat among others that helped Syracuse get the win.
