Drummers Come Up Short at Port Royal, 2-1
In a low-scoring tilt between the Port Royal Disaster and the Tortolita Drummers, Rubén López was the difference-maker. The Port Royal left-hander spearheaded the 2-1 win. José Díaz earned the save for Port Royal, his 3rd of the year. The Disaster now have a record of 16-41.

The Disaster got a big at-bat from catcher Patrick Rivera, who in the bottom of the second hit a 2-run double. It was his 5th double of the season and put the Disaster on top, 2-0.

"At the end of the day, it's always about your starting pitcher," said Port Royal skipper Clint Davis.
