Pajaritos Collect 2-1 Win Versus Calgary
|
The Norfolk Pajaritos took Calgary pitcher Hong-bin Hua's best shot and still were able to claim a win at Lynx Stadium. The final score had Norfolk getting past the Lynx, 2-1. Hua went 8 innings and allowed 2 runs, striking out 1. Norfolk is now 15-9, Calgary 14-10.
Barsati Saraf put Norfolk in front, 2-0, when he hit a solo home run off Hong-bin Hua in the top of the fifth. It was his 1st home run of the season.
"I just tried to make good contact," said Saraf.
