Rainbeaus Squelch Pajaritos Offense in Shutout Win
The Kansas Rainbeaus picked up a win at Wichita Field, taking down the Norfolk Pajaritos, 5-0. Starting pitcher Randy Smith was a big reason why. The win gives Kansas a record of 7-5.

Darrell MacGregor went 2 for 3 with 2 singles. He drove in 2 runs and scored once for Kansas. The 24-year old first baseman had a key at-bat in the bottom of the fifth. With one out and the bases loaded, he broke a 0-0 tie with a run-scoring sacrifice fly off Hikaru Yamaguchi. It was his 7th RBI of the season.

"Win or lose, we pick each other up in this clubhouse," MacGregor told the Kansas Herald.
