Baton Rouge pitcher Bernardo López did his part in helping his team beat the Nolensville Knights, 4-3. The right-hander kept opposing batters in check throughout the game. Ramón Aragón picked up the save, his 1st. The Brass have an impressive 58-36 record.

The Brass got a big at-bat from right fielder Francisco De La Cruz. For the game, De La Cruz went 1 for 4 with a home run. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. In the bottom of the fifth, with a runner on 3rd, he stroked a 2-run home run. His 4th home run of the season gave Baton Rouge a 4-3 lead.
