The Nolensville Knights did just enough to secure a victory over the Vermont Lake Monsters, 7-6, at Nolensville Park. Nobody did more than second baseman Govaart Baars. Nolensville pitcher John Ellis got the win. He's now 1-0. Jason Huggins was tagged with the loss. Nolensville has now won 3 in a row.

The clutch at-bat in the bottom of the ninth belonged to Baars. Facing Jason Huggins with the bases loaded, the Nolensville second baseman had a run-scoring single. Game over, walk-off style!
