Austin Black Mambas starter Ryan Riley was in a rhythm all game. He led his team to a win over the Baton Rouge Brass, 2-1. At 40-50, the Black Mambas claim 10th place in the Menard's AAA.
José González made it 2-1 in favor of Austin when he delivered a run-scoring single. It came with two out in the top of the 14th. The Black Mambas went on to win.
"I'll probably toss and turn tonight," Baton Rouge manager Jarred Smith said following the tough loss.
