The Monongahela Monsters defeated the Pennsauken Flyers, 6-2. Doing his part was shortstop Luis Pamparacuatro, who was 3 for 4 with a triple and 2 singles, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once. Todd Dean picked up the save for Monongahela, his 5th of the year. The 'W' lifts Monongahela's record to 42-34.
The game turned with one out in the bottom of the fifth when Pamparacuatro, who is tied for 4th in the PAAA in hits with 91, hit a 2-run single. It propelled the Monsters into the lead, 4-2.
