Cangrejos Fantasmas Beat Saboteurs, 6-5

Fans watched the Chesapeake Cangrejos Fantasmas and the Toledo Saboteurs fight to the finish.
Orinosuke Shimada was a major factor in the 6-5 Chesapeake win over Toledo. The Cangrejos Fantasmas center fielder was 2 for 2 with 2 singles and 2 walks, while adding 2 RBI. Curt Lowery closed the door for Chesapeake, picking up his 1st save of the year.
In the bottom of the seventh, Chesapeake pinch hitter Manuel Pérez put his team on top. With two out and runners on 2nd and 3rd, he hit his 1st double of the year. Toledo pitcher Yuan Thian served it up. Just like that, the Cangrejos Fantasmas were ahead, 6-5.
"I'm just happy to help the team win," Pérez told the Chesapeake News.
After losing, Toledo is 1-2.
