The Pennsauken Flyers got a superb performance from pitcher Chris Sanders, but the Plymouth Rocks still won the game, 4-2. Sanders threw 7.0 innings of 3-hit ball. The 'W' lifts Plymouth's record to 28-26.

Runs were scarce in this one. So, Jesús Mancebo's at-bat in the top of the tenth was vitally important. With one out, the Plymouth catcher reached on an error by the 3B, driving in 1 run, to give his team a 3-2 lead.

In postgame comments, Mancebo said he was glad to contribute to an exciting win.
