Hartford Topples Bakersfield, 5-2
|
The Hartford Pride defeated the Bakersfield Nobles, 5-2, in USPL Triple A action at Jerome Grounds. Hartford pitcher Bill Aylwin had a standout performance. Aylwin, now 3-3, was the winner. In 6.2 innings, he gave up 4 hits, while striking out 1, walking 4, and allowing 1 run. Miguel Rodríguez closed the game out for Hartford, earning his 6th save.
