|
The Milton Dogfish Head beat the Austin Black Mambas, 4-2. Milton pitcher and Richmond, Utah, native Dan Dunn led the way. Kamiel Wabeke converted his 15th save in 16 tries. The win for the Dogfish Head raised their record to 48-19.
In the bottom of the sixth, Aurelius Estrada delivered a clutch hit. With two gone and a runner on 2nd, the Milton catcher hit a run-scoring single, putting the Dogfish Head in front, 4-2.
"We'll savor this win," Dunn told the Milton Chronicle, "then get ready for the next game."
