The Hamilton Coyotes took Forest City pitcher Michael Ramsey's best shot and still were able to claim a win at Coyote Wildlife Refuge. The final score had Hamilton getting past the Warriors, 3-2. Ramsey went 7 innings and allowed no runs, striking out 3. Hamilton pitcher Dong Zhào got the win. He's now 2-1. Marty Graham was tagged with the loss. Hamilton now owns a record of 25-35.
Michael Collier chipped in for Hamilton with a 2-run home run in the bottom of the eighth. For the game, the third baseman had 2 hits in 4 at-bats with 1 home run, 1 single, 1 run scored, and 2 RBI.
