The Hamilton Coyotes topped the Santa Barbara Golden Cranes, 6-4, in M3L Triple A action at Crane Field. The standout performance belonged to Hamilton pitcher and Eagle, Wisconsin, native Joseph Ferguson. Ferguson picked up the win for Hamilton, going 8 innings. He gave up 3 runs on 8 hits. He now sports a record of 2-1. Their 24-32 record puts the Coyotes 9th in the Menard's AAA.

Hamilton used the timely hitting of Temaki Yuka to capture the win. The designated hitter socked a grand slam home run in the top of the sixth inning to put the Coyotes ahead, 6-1. It was his only hit in 3 at-bats, but it was a big one.

"We were able to get some things going offensively," said Yuka.
