Bakersfield Stays Hot with 10-7 Win
Alaskan got a terrific game from right fielder Roberto Baca. It wasn't enough, though, to prevent the team from falling to Bakersfield, 10-7. Baca was 2-4 with a home run. He drove in 3 runs and scored once. Bakersfield leads the Premier AAA by 4 games.

The Nobles grabbed the lead in the bottom of the fourth. With one out, Chin-seok Chong hit a 3-run home run off Alan Haas, putting Bakersfield in front, 8-1. For Chong, it was his 9th home run of the season.

"You can't get too high when things go well, or too low when things go bad. Right now, I'm just happy we got the win," Chong told the Bakersfield Today.
