With 2-1 Win, Pandas Go to 16-11

The Nashville Outlaws got a superb performance from pitcher Paul Haines. Still, it wasn't enough to beat Montana. The Pandas won the game, 2-1. Haines threw 7.0 innings of 5-hit ball. The winner in relief was Sicnarf Loopstok. The left-hander allowed no runs on 1 hit in 1.1 innings. He now owns a record of 2-0. Edmond McCord closed the door for Montana, picking up his 3rd save of the year.
The Pandas got a big at-bat from catcher Cam Lumsden. For the game, Lumsden was 1 for 3 with a home run. In the bottom of the fourth, with the bases empty, he stroked a solo home run. His 3rd home run of the season gave Montana a 2-1 lead.
"Our guys are never satisfied," said Montana manager Andrew Schupick.
The win for the Pandas lifted their record to 16-11.
