Pandas Earn 4-3 Win Versus Northern Lions BC
|
Montana Pandas starter Román Mejía was locked-in. He led his team to a win over the Thunder Bay Northern Lions BC, 4-3. The winner was Broderick Evans in relief. His record improves to 2-1. Casey Ball took the loss. For the Northern Lions BC, the loss makes them 7-14.
Montana won the game in the bottom of the ninth inning. With one out and Casey Ball on the mound for Thunder Bay, pinch hitter Andrew Gray hit a dramatic solo home run, bringing Pandas fans to their feet.
