Alhama Hits Two Dingers, Divided Win, 8-6
D.C. shortstop Francisco Alhama was a significant contributor in his team's 8-6 triumph over the Toledo Stingers. He belted 2 home runs. He scored 3 runs and drove in 5 for D.C.. D.C. pitcher Luke Fitzgerald got the win, upping his record to 1-0. Claude Richardson got the loss. Wu-ti Xuan notched his 23rd save in 27 chances.

Alhama had a game-changing home run in the bottom of the seventh. On a full count cutter from Claude Richardson, he banged a 2-run home run to right, giving the Divided a 8-6 lead. It was the 10th home run of the year for Alhama.

"When I'm in the lineup, I always feel like we're going to win the game," said Alhama.

The Divided' win now puts them at 43-57.
