Shredders Collect 3-2 Win Over Stingers
The Hollywood Shredders did just enough to sneak past the Toledo Stingers, 3-2, at Pacesetter Park. Hollywood pitcher Karl Dandleton, in particular, had a standout performance. Branlyn Jaraba picked up the win in relief for Hollywood, while Josh Gentry took the loss. The save went to Joe Khokar, number 2 for him.

Hollywood used the timely hitting of Lautaro Lacasa to capture the win. The third baseman socked a solo home run in the top of the tenth inning to put the Shredders ahead, 3-2. It was his only hit in 5 at-bats, but it was a big one.

"What a great win for our team," said a jubilant Bill Cheese, the Hollywood manager.

Toledo has now lost 4 in a row.
