Morehead Blanks Capital Hill, 12-0 Tuesday, August 1st , 2045 Today was Jeff Morehead's turn in the rotation for the Plattsburgh Puffer Fish and he made the most of it, shutting out the Capital Hill Interns on 5 hits. The 20-year-old right-hander led the Puffer Fish to an easy 12-0 victory, allowing 1 walk and tallying 8 strikeouts. "I hope we miss him next time," Capital Hill manager Bill Callahan said. "Morehead certainly pitched a strong game against us today. He was in a groove, throwing everything for strikes. Throwing hard. Changing speeds."
