Consecutive-Game Hit Streak Continues for Brannon Friday, June 9th , 2045 Nathan Brannon's bat has been smoking lately, and it continued today as he went 2-for-4 in a 7-0 Olympia Ogres triumph over the Richland Rails at Rails Ballpark. The 24-year-old shortstop has now hit safely in 20 consecutive games for the Ogres. Nathan Brannon hit a two-run triple in the 2nd, flied out in the 4th, doubled in the 6th and grounded out in the 8th. So far on the season Brannon is hitting .317 with 1 home run, 16 RBIs and 13 runs scored. He has 32 hits and played in 28 games. |
