SAA Awards Player of the Week Trophy Monday, May 29th , 2045 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the USSL Double A, but last week Ken Francis of the Olympia Ogres reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Francis rocked opposing pitching for a .462 average (6-for-13), 2 home runs and 5 RBIs to come away with the award. Thus far this year Francis is batting .323 with 5 home runs, 16 RBIs and 20 runs scored. |
