Gulf Coast Loses Richardson for Year Sunday, May 21st , 2045 John Richardson has to call it a season. The Gulf Coast Turbeaus right fielder sustained a season-ending injury against the Richland Rails and will not play again this year according to club doctors. Richardson was injured while running the bases. His doctors diagnosed it as a broken bone in the elbow and stated that he would not be able to play for 5 months. A look at his season totals shows Richardson with no home runs, .279 BA, .313 OBP, 9 RBIs and 5 runs scored. |
