Squirrel Monkeys Celebrate Wild Card Win Tuesday, September 19th , 2045 While you set out to win a division each year, members of the Syracuse Squirrel Monkeys seemed plenty satisfied with their place as USSL Triple A wild card winners. "The Silver AAA crown would have been great, but we're still in a better spot than all the teams that are going home after the regular season is over," said starting pitcher Emilio Linger. "You can't complain." There was certainly no complaining going on as the Squirrel Monkeys clubhouse was filed with loud music and even louder celebrations following the postseason clinch. |
