Hernández Records Shutout Against Drummers Friday, July 21st , 2045 Goose eggs were the order of the day for the Tortolita Drummers as starter Francisco Hernández shut out the Tortolita Drummers 5-0 at Jersey City Grounds. The Jersey City pitcher struck out 5 and walked 0 while allowing 6 hits. "Hernández was good but he wasn't flawless," Tortolita manager Barrett Abbott said later. "We had a few opportunities to make something happen and we didn't do it. Not to take anything away from Jersey City, but this is on us."
