Ramsey 3AAA Choice for Best Pitcher Saturday, July 1st , 2045 Michael Ramsey was ecstatic to win June's M3L Triple A Pitcher of the Month honors today. The 27-year-old Forest City pitcher thanked fans, his coaches and the voters for the honor -- despite the fact that he deserved much of the credit himself. Ramsey's star burned bright last month as he made no relief appearances, notching no saves and 14 strikeouts in 27 innings. He held opposing hitters to a .212 average to put up his 4-0 mark and 1.00 ERA. This year Ramsey has notched no saves. He has 37 strikeouts and 14 walks in 51.1 innings while registering a 1.93 ERA and a 5-1 won-lost record. |
