Segar on a Hot Streak, SA Player of the Week Monday, August 28th , 2045 Evan Segar is respected by most Columbia River Rats fans for his no-frills style of play. The 20-year-old first baseman went about his business with vigor last week to grab the USSL Single A Player of the Week honors. He compiled a .417 average (5-for-12) with 2 home runs, 4 RBIs and 3 runs scored. This year Segar has batted at a .282 pace with 11 hits, 2 home runs, 5 RBIs and scored 5 times. |
