Bullets Fall to Billy Goats, 4-1
|
The Colorado Billy Goats went home winners at Grazing Hills, thanks in large part to starter Heath Brown. Brown stifled the Baltimore Bullets, enabling Colorado to grab the 4-1 win. Colorado currently is in 4th place in the Silver League at 47-42.
In the bottom of the sixth, Colorado center fielder August Force hit a two-strike changeup to center field for a 2-run single. It put the Billy Goats up, 3-1.
"It takes a lot of things to win a ballgame," said Colorado manager Mack Kilkeary. "It's usually not just one thing."
